Shipping Methods
We have multiple shipping methods to meet your needs.
Time in Transit
Ground shipping usually take 2 to 5 days to deliver. We ship your order as soon as possible, but it may take up to 2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is placed, you may not be able to change or cancel your order.
*Once your order is shipped, the shipping fee is not refundable.*
Tracking
Once your order is process, you will receive a tracking number via Email. Please allow 1 to 2 days for the shipping carriers to update their system.
Underliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to wrong address or other reasons. We are happy to resend to package again. There will be a $5.00 reshipment fee.
If the packaged is returned by the customer. There will be a $7.00 restocking fee subtracting from the refund amount.
Military Address
All packages to military addresses are shipping via US Postal Service.
International Shipping
