If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.
If you changed your mind about any item you purchased and would like to return it for credit, you may do it within 14 days for a full refund.
Return by Mail
Please pack and seal your return securely in the item's original packaging. Remember to insert a copy of your order confirmation email in your package. Or at least provide us with the following information:

Please notice the item should be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. We will credit your original method of payment within 48 hours of receiving the return.

Exchanges
